Biography
Dancing since the age of three, Roya is a recognizable belly dancer in the San Francisco Bay area. She has had the honor to travel and study belly dance with many world-renowned master instructors including Dina, Nagwa Fouad, Raqia Hassan, and Yousry Sharif. Next on her list is Beirut, Lebanon.
When Roya isn't performing raks sharqi (belly dance) she enjoys hiking, brushing up on her Arabic, and scuba diving (preferably in the Red Sea).
